Day 1: Saigon – Cu Chi – Dong Xoai | Out of the City, Into History

Leave the bustling city behind and step into Vietnam’s wartime past.

 • Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, a vast underground network used during the Vietnam War
 • Stop at traditional villages that handcraft incense sticks and woven mats
 • Enjoy a peaceful boat ride along a tranquil river, away from the urban noise
 • Arrive in Dong Xoai, once a strategic point on the southern end of the Ho Chi Minh Trail
 • Overnight at a local guesthouse in Dong Xoai

Day 2: Dong Xoai – Dak Mil | On the Trail of Legends

Follow the historic route of the Ho Chi Minh Trail through Vietnam’s heartland.

 • Ride past rubber plantations and red dirt roads echoing with wartime stories
 • Visit Soc Bom Bo village of the S’tieng ethnic minority, known for its wartime resistance
 • Observe local families making rice papers and noodles using traditional techniques
 • Arrive in Dak Mil, a quiet town near the Cambodian border
