central highland trip
we just finished a 3 day tour through the central highlands of vietnam and loved it...river was an awesome tour guide and showed us things we could never have seen without him. We barbacued chicken in the national park, swam in the fresh waterfall and had the best food. We are already planning another trip to vietnam in the future. thank you river so much for everything..see you soon.

So, "Get on the bike. Just do it"... the last customer’s journal entry, and that’s how all it started one lazy afternoon in Mui Ne while my girlfriend shopped for a swimsuit and we met the charismatic entrepreneur who offered us a beer and an adventure. Along with his business partner, the indelible "Number 6", we saddled up the next morning at 9AM for a journey into the unknown, a universe of incredible beauty and four of the best damned days of my life. The startling beauty of Vietnam, the electric green of the rice paddies, the cloud forests below Dalat, the crystal clear waters off the rugged coast, the psychedelic ice clouds at sunset - a most spectacular place on Earth that has to be seen to be believed. And to witness it up close and personal, through the air on the bike unclosed and out there is to be alive, timeless, like a dream. And River, my friend, there to translate and recommend - a deal most worth the effort to go wherever you come from. So, get on the bike? Karn and I did so, and you should do it too.

We travelled for 4 fun days with River and Victory, from Dalat to the central highlands (Buon Ma Thout) and ending in Mui Ne. In those 4 days, we saw "the real vietnam": minority villages, national parks, local restaurants, and most important - met the friendly vietnamese people, not the ones you’ll meet on the ordianry tourist route. At the end of the trip in Mui Ne, River invited us to dinner with his sweet family, and really made us feel at home. We can safetly say the 4 days we spent with him showed us another side of Vietnam. Thank you River and Victory! Hope to see you again, next time in Vietnam!
On The Road Again !
Cher Tous, Quatre jours exceptionnels au travers des "HighLands" vietnamiennes, 800 km de route de Mui Ne a Nha Trang, alternant dunes de sable, montagnes, rizieres verdoyantes, champs de fleurs, de plantations de cafe et de poivre. Une grande bouffee d’air frais apres Ho Chi Minh Ville, a la rencontre des populations locales et a l’ecart des grands flux touristiques. Je remercie nos guides, River et Victory, pour leur sympathie et leur bonne humeur. Malgre le mal de fesses, j’attends mon prochain sejour au Vietnam pour y decouvrir la fameuse piste Ho Chi Minh, "On the Road Again Men!!"

My friend Taylor and I just finished a 5 day trip with River. He was absolutely awesome. He is the funniest guy and he knows everyone! River was extremely helpful getting us place to place. His knowledge about Vietnam was better than everyone else’s that we have met. I guess his Tourism degree played a major roll in that. We all had the best time and really connected well. Don’t play him in pool because he will smoke you and you will have to buy him beers.lol Thanks again River for everything. I wish we could’ve met up for breakfast before you left. Next time. Aan alle Nederlanders: Wij hebben 6 dagen door de centrale hooglanden gereden en hebben iedere minuut genoten van de omgeving, de cultuur en het eten. River en Number 6 zijn goede chauffeurs die de omgeving erg goed kennen. We hebben 3 weken door Vietnam gereisd, maar in deze 6 dagen hebben we het idee gekregen het echte Vietnam te hebben gezien. De route gaat langs plaatsen en groepen minderheden die anders onmogelijk bezocht kunnen worden, waardoor deze rit uniek is! River weet precies de goede plekjes te vinden voor lekker eten en drinken. Het eten is goedkoop en de hotels waarin we verbleven waren super! Een rit door de centrale hooglanden is absoluut de moeite waard! Hello River ! My husband and I just completed a 3 day tour whith River and Ocean which was absolutely amazing.If you had to pull these guys out of a deck of playing cards , they would be the JOKERS! Totally will ,funny, crazy ... they really looked apter us and we will miss their talented guitar playing + singing...yes REALLY! Both River and Ocean were really knowledgeable + bshowed usthe real Vietnam which we would neverhave seen whithout them .We really recommend these guys + wisthed we could have done a longer tour whith them . One night we sampled the local vodka whith lianel Richie (Ocean)+the super man (River) ...ZO LUON HA ! We hope we`ll see them again . PREYA +YATIN

Hi there, Back in January we did a 5 day trip with River from Hoi An to Dalat and that was just fantastic. He is a very reliable guy and very responsible driver so I guess we couldn’t have anyone better than River & his Brother. Thank you!
